Vecchio-Fashioned (our variation on an old fashioned)
2 oz Cannella Cinnamon Cordial
Sugar cube
2 black cherries, pitted
Slice orange wedge
2 dashes orange bitters
2 dashes woodford barrel bitters
*Muddle sugar, cherries, bitters and orange wedge. Add Cannella and ice, then stir. Garnish with orange wedge + black cherry

Cannella Sazerac
1.5 oz Cannella
3/4oz Bulleit Rye
3/4oz Armagnac
2 dashes peychauds bitters
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 dash woodford barrel bitters
*Stir well in Old-Fashioned glass, strain into second, chilled, absinthe rinsed Old-Fashioned glass.

Cannella Sour
1.5 oz Cannella Cinnamon Cordial
1.5 oz tequila
1/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz simple syrup
Seven Stills Prickly Pear bitters (or bitters of your choice).
*Add all ingredients, and shake with ice. Serve neat.

Cannella fizz
1.5 oz Cannella Cinnamon Cordial
3/4 oz lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz cream
3/4 oz egg whites
3/4 oz triple sec
3 drops orange blossom water
*Add all ingredients, shake with ice and pour. Top with club soda.

Cannella Julep
2oz Cannella Cinnamon Cordial
12 mint leaves
1 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz Domaine de Canton
*Lightly muddle mint leaves in simple syrup. Add crushed ice, then add spirits, stir until glass is lightly frosted, add mint sprig for garnish.

Cannella-rita
1.5 oz tequila (reposado)
1 oz Cannella Cinnamon Cordial
.5 oz orange liqueur (Cointreau)
.5 oz lime juice
*Shake, double-strain and garnish with an orange wedge.

1oz Cannella Cinnamon Cordial
3/4 oz orange juice
1oz simple syrup
*Shake, then top with 3oz prosecco. Grated orange zest to finish.
