As the weather cools, stay warm with these delicious fall cocktails.
2oz Rye Whiskey
1oz Cannella Cinnamon Cordial
1 dash Angostura Bitters
*Fill mixing glass with ice and add spirits and bitters. Stir 15-20 seconds, then strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with a Luxardo maraschino cherry (or other decent brandied cherry) and an orange twist (optional: flame the twist for a smoky finish).
1.5 oz Cannella Cinnamon Cordial
1 oz dry gin
.5 oz dry vermouth
.25 oz orange juice
3 shakes mole bitters (or bitters of your choice)
*Shake with ice and serve neat, (for bonus points, add dusting of almond crumbs on top).

2 oz Cannella Cinnamon Cordial
2 black cherries, pitted
Slice orange wedge
2 dashes orange bitters
2 dashes woodford barrel bitters
*Muddle sugar, cherries, bitters and orange wedge. Add Cannella and ice, then stir. Garnish with orange wedge + black cherry

Cinnamon Espresso Martini
.5 oz Cannella Cinnamon Cordial
1.5 oz vanilla vodka
.75 oz espresso syrup
.75 oz Borghetti Caffè
*Shake with ice like you mean it, and double-strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with three coffee beans.
